How It Works

Course Format

A blended, small-group program: you start with recorded videos, then move into interactive in-person sessions.

Month one is delivered as recorded videos to build your foundation.

Months two and three are in-person classes in small groups of up to 7.

16 sessions of 4 hours (64 hours total), scheduled twice weekly.

Recorded content and resources are accessed through ConfiPortal.

Access is generally provided within 2–3 business days after registration.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the course online or in person?
It's a blended, private in-person course. The first month is delivered as recorded videos through ConfiPortal, and the following two months are in-person classes in small groups of up to 7 people.
What's the difference between Core and Comprehensive?
Both include the full course — 64 hours of sessions, 200+ scenarios, personalized feedback and resources. The Comprehensive package additionally includes an intensive program of 8 full mock exams with one-on-one feedback and private post-mock discussions, structured for completion in 4 weeks.
Can I take the mock exams without the course?
Yes. The Situational Judgement Mock Exam program is available separately (2–8 mocks) from $1,200 CAD + HST.
Are installment plans available?

Is live attendance mandatory?
Live attendance is highly recommended for the in-person sessions, given the interactive, role-play nature of the course. If you have scheduling concerns, contact us to discuss your cohort.
